Information you provide
If you request the free PDF, we use your email address to deliver the guide and its temporary download link. We do not treat a free-guide request as consent to receive marketing emails.
When you purchase a paid product, Stripe handles payment details. We receive confirmation of the purchase, the product purchased, your email address and a Stripe transaction reference so we can provide the correct private access and help recover it if you lose the link. We do not receive your full card number.
Cookies and access links
Purchased products use secure, essential cookies to recognise your course-access link. These are not advertising cookies. Your access link is private and should not be shared.
Storage and rights
Delivery and purchase records are held on the website’s hosting and in the payment service. For help with personal data or purchase access, use the contact details supplied with your purchase. You may ask for a copy of your personal data or request correction or deletion subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
This notice will be updated as additional site features are introduced.
